You can return the product in its original condition and packaging within 7 days from receiving the order provided the product has not been used. Original condition assumes the product has not been in use, has not been washed or damaged; the tags are in place. Please note that the cost of shipping the items for return as well as a 2.9% transaction fee by the payment platform will be deducted from the amount for refund. Here are the steps if you wish to return an item:

2. Mention the order number and the product you wish to return

3. Chose the convenient product pickup date and time

4. Confirm the amount to be refunded

5. Hand over the product to the courier on the chosen date

6. Allow us 5 days to check if the product condition is eligible for return and send you the refund

7. Get the refund to your original method of payment (time to complete the transaction depends on your bank)

In an unlikely event that the product you received does not match the description on this website or has a defect to it, we will replace it with the same (or, if you prefer, a different color). We will take care of its pickup and incurred costs. Here are the steps if you wish to exchange an item:

2. Mention the order number and the product you wish to exchange

3. Chose the convenient date and time for the product replacement

4. Confirm the product you will get as a replacement

5. Exchange the product with the courier on the chosen date
